Online Courses - Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

I (which expression includes the parent/guardian who has agreed to this contract) hereby apply to enrol in the course indicated on the enrolment page ('the Application'). I agree that on acceptance of the Application by The Tuition Centre Pty Ltd ('Acceptance'), the Acceptance will become the Contract of Enrolment ('the Contract') and further I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of enrolment:

1. I agree that all course related material supplied by The Tuition Centre Pty Ltd are secured by copyright and remain the property of The Tuition Centre Pty Ltd. I understand that any unauthorised copying may constitute a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (as amended from time to time).
2. I understand that the course fee paid for fee for service online courses delivered by The Tuition Centre Pty Ltd are not refundable (i) after 48 hours from the time I am granted access to the course; or (ii) if I access more than one-third of the course parts.
3. I understand that course enrolment will remain valid for 12 calendar months from the time I am granted access to the course.
4. I agree that my login details cannot be shared. In the case that I do share these details with others it may lead to the cancelation of my enrolment.
5. I understand that by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, this does not remove my right to take action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.

Credit Card Payments

• Credit/debit card payments made to The Tuition Centre will attract a surcharge. The amount of the surcharge will be shown on our payment page prior to payment being made.

Third Party Payments

• Payments made to The Tuition Centre via third parties are subject to the third party's terms and conditions.

Services

• The Tuition Centre reserves the right to change the particulars of any services, including changes to course fees, courses offered and course content at its discretion.
